Spanish Content Moderation Specialist

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Spanish Content Moderation Specialist to review and manage user‑generated content across digital platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, legal regulations, and brand standards. The role involves handling sensitive issues, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and supporting customers via chat, email, or phone.

Key responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and manage user‑generated content to enforce community guidelines and brand standards.
• Identify, remove, or flag offensive or inappropriate material and escalate complex cases.
• Translate or localize content and monitor trends in user behavior.
• Maintain detailed records of moderation decisions and provide feedback to improve policies.

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish (C1) and strong English proficiency (B2).
• Previous experience in content moderation, social media management, or customer support (0‑5+ years).
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise content management and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered moderation tools (NLP, image recognition).
• Proficiency in collaboration platforms such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, analytics dashboards, Windows OS, and MS Office.
