About the role
Sutherland is launching Account Wave 0 and is hiring Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialists for its New Cairo team on a full-time, on-site basis. Fresh graduates and dropouts are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions with efficiency and empathy
- Deliver tailored solutions that meet each customer's needs
- Create a positive customer experience through clear communication and professional phone etiquette
Required profile
- Fluency in Spanish (B2/C1) is a must
- Strong customer service and support skills
- Sharp problem-solving, active listening and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Flexibility to work night and overnight shifts
