Store Supervisor – Luxury Retail (Faces)

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group as a Faces Store Supervisor and lead a high‑performing team in a luxury retail environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store meets visual and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store sales and KPIs by leading the team and maximizing business opportunities.
• Coach, motivate and develop staff to achieve targets while maintaining a positive environment.
• Build strong customer relationships, manage VIP clients and resolve complaints effectively.
• Implement selling techniques such as upselling, cross‑selling and clienteling to boost loyalty.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and support staff growth.
• Manage staff scheduling, floor coverage, grooming and brand‑standard compliance.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store presentation, cleanliness and stock availability.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and e‑commerce order fulfillment where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety and security standards.
• Leverage digital tools to enhance the customer experience and support store projects and brand activations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or Manager in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, luxury or premium retail.
• Flexible to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays across Greater Cairo.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer service focus, especially with VIP clients.
• Good knowledge of beauty products, trends and retail selling techniques.
• Excellent communication, coaching and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using digital retail tools and platforms.
