Tele Sales Specialist (Work From Home) – Female Only

About the role

Euro Motors Hub is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Specialist to work from home. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, following up on leads, and converting them into sales of imported cars or spare parts. You will act as the main point of contact, understand client needs and guide them through the purchasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads on a daily basis.
• Respond to customer inquiries via calls and messages.
• Identify customer requirements and propose suitable automotive solutions.
• Handle objections, build trust and maintain relationships.
• Update and manage lead information in the CRM system.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up until the deal is closed.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Strong follow‑up and closing skills.
• Self‑disciplined and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
• Basic computer literacy; prior telesales experience is a plus.
• Interest in the automotive sector is advantageous.

What we offer
