Telesales Representative – Banking Sector

About the role

We are looking for energetic Telesales Representatives to join one of Egypt's largest private banks. The position is ideal for candidates with a sales or telesales background who want to develop a career in the banking sector. You will work from our Downtown (Mobtadayan) branch, engaging customers over the phone to promote banking products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Present banking products, explain features, and address customer inquiries.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the bank.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales outcomes in the bank’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and supervisors to improve call scripts and sales techniques.

Required profile

• University graduate (higher institutes are not eligible).
• Age up to 26 years.
• Resident of Cairo or Giza.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or telesales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Very good command of English.
