About the role

Santra, a UAE marketplace for gifting and handmade products, is looking for a remote Telesales Specialist based in Egypt to onboard UAE brands and makers via phone and WhatsApp.

Key responsibilities

Make 60–80 outbound calls daily to UAE brands, plus WhatsApp and Instagram outreach.
Pitch Santra’s platform, handle objections, and close deals on the call.
Collect contracts and KYC documents remotely and get brands live on the app.
Maintain CRM accuracy, attend daily huddles, and provide end‑of‑day reports.

Required profile

2+ years sales experience, preferably in F&B, in Egypt or GCC.
Native Arabic with Gulf accent and good conversational English.
Comfortable speaking 5–6 hours daily on the phone and meeting targets.
Reliable home internet, laptop, and quiet workspace during UAE working hours.
