Travel Consultant – Call Center Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Travel Consultant to join Reserval’s call centre in Mohaddessin. In this position you will assist customers with flight and hotel bookings, using our digital platform and industry‑standard systems. The role operates on a rotational shift schedule with two days off each week.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide travel information and support.
• Create, modify and cancel flight reservations using the Amadeus Global Distribution System.
• Assist customers with hotel bookings and related services.
• Resolve booking issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and service quality standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in travel booking or a call‑centre environment.
• Strong customer‑first mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Amadeus GDS.
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems.
