Travel Consultant – Domestic Hotels & Leisure

About the role

BCD-EWT is seeking a proactive Travel Consultant to manage domestic hotel bookings and leisure packages for corporate and retail clients in Egypt. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive tailored travel solutions that match their needs and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Handle hotel booking requests across Egypt for corporate and retail clientele.
• Recommend suitable hotel options based on client requirements, budget, and travel dates.
• Design and coordinate domestic tours, excursions, and leisure packages.
• Assemble travel packages that include accommodation, transport, sightseeing, and additional services.
• Negotiate with hotels and suppliers to secure rates, availability, and confirmations.
• Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, and reconfirmations accurately and promptly.
• Issue confirmations, vouchers, and detailed itineraries to clients.
• Follow up with suppliers and clients to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Manage urgent requests, changes, and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain precise booking records and ensure all reservation details are correct.

Required profile

• Experience in hotel reservations, leisure travel, or travel operations.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian hotels, destinations, and leisure services.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong follow‑up skills.
