About the role
The Account Manager will drive revenue and profit growth by building and maintaining senior‑level relationships with clients in the oil and gas sector. You will develop and execute strategic account plans that align with global, regional and local sales and marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full account‑management lifecycle, from planning to performance review.
- Develop, communicate and execute annual account plans, allocating resources and activities.
- Lead tender development and response processes, ensuring high‑quality submissions.
- Manage budget considerations and technical specifications in collaboration with technical sales.
- Negotiate contracts and extensions, coordinating with legal as needed.
- Gather market intelligence and client feedback to inform strategy.
- Identify and mitigate business risks, and oversee contract handover and performance reviews.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of oil & gas experience, including at least 4 years in O&G sales.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight schedules.
- Eligibility to work in Egypt.
