About the role
The company is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead the administration team at its Arish site. The role involves overseeing daily office operations, transport logistics, facility services and financial controls to ensure smooth and efficient support for manufacturing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Allocate tasks to sub‑ordinates and monitor performance.
- Organise transport and vehicle services, control operation and maintenance costs, and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
- Supervise supplementary services such as catering, canteen cleanliness, and facility upkeep.
- Review section expenses, sign payment orders within authority, and report excess costs for approval.
- Coordinate insurance procurement for company assets, manage claims and compensation.
- Assist in planning and executing company meetings.
- Negotiate and monitor contracts for cleaning, maintenance, landscaping and office equipment services.
- Prepare performance assessment reports for the team and approve leave and overtime within limits.
- Perform any additional duties related to the role as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, preferably in an industrial or factory environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous managerial experience in an office setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using Google Suite.
