AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Workflow Architect

About the role

We are seeking an AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Workflow Architect to design, build and manage AI‑powered workflows that streamline our real‑estate marketplace operations. The role will translate business needs into automated processes that improve lead management, sales support and internal reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑driven workflows for sales, marketing, CRM, reporting and internal operations.
• Develop and maintain AI agents that execute specific business tasks.
• Automate lead capture, scoring, routing, follow‑up journeys, sales notifications and customer engagement.
• Integrate AI tools with Odoo CRM, WhatsApp, email, website forms, APIs, dashboards and other internal systems.
• Build reliable automations using platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier or similar.
• Create approval flows, escalation logic, error handling and human‑in‑the‑loop review points.
• Generate automated reports and dashboards from CRM, marketing and sales data.
• Identify manual processes across departments and convert them into scalable automation workflows.
• Test, monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve automation performance.
• Collaborate with management to align automation initiatives with business priorities and measurable outcomes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on professional comfortable working across business, product, sales, marketing and operations teams.
• Proven ability to translate real‑world business requirements into automated AI workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on measurable business impact.
