About the role

IntouchCX is looking for a bilingual Customer Experience Advisor to support its premium Smart Grills account. The role involves delivering top‑tier assistance to customers of a global lifestyle brand in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality customer support via phone, email or chat in French and English.
  • Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in a rotational shift schedule to cover various time zones.

Required profile

  • Minimum B2 proficiency in both French and English.
  • Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.
  • Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
