About the role
IntouchCX is looking for a bilingual Customer Experience Advisor to support its premium Smart Grills account. The role involves delivering top‑tier assistance to customers of a global lifestyle brand in both French and English.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality customer support via phone, email or chat in French and English.
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in a rotational shift schedule to cover various time zones.
Required profile
- Minimum B2 proficiency in both French and English.
- Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

What we offer
- Monthly gross salary of 30,000 EGP.
- On‑site work at Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October City.
- Initial training on‑site in Maadi.
