About the role
VT Markets is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand its presence across the MENA region, focusing on Egypt. The role involves building and managing relationships with high‑value clients, introducing brokers and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives to increase net deposits and trading volumes in the MENA region.
- Identify, onboard and nurture high‑potential clients, IBs, affiliates and partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align product offerings with market needs.
- Represent VT Markets at client meetings, expos and industry events, travelling as required.
Required profile
- Proactive deal‑closer with deep knowledge of the forex/CFD/fintech market.
- Strong local network and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Fluent in Arabic and professionally fluent in English.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Good understanding of MT4/MT5 trading platforms and online trading products.
