About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the expansion of retail and shop‑fitting solutions across Egypt and the wider MENA region. Reporting to the global sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key accounts, generating new business, and driving market share growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key retail accounts, ensuring long‑term, trust‑based relationships with decision‑makers.
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Source, research and qualify new leads in the retail sector and convert them into tangible business opportunities.
  • Acquire new customers and projects across the MENA region, tailoring sales strategies and value propositions for each market.
  • Drive retail sector expansion by understanding client needs and translating them into suitable product and service offerings.
  • Provide regional customer support, acting as the main point of contact for all sales‑related topics.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis and deliver structured insights to management.
  • Manage the product and service portfolio for optimal market coverage and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with the global sales team to align regional strategies with corporate objectives.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in key account management and business development within the retail or shop‑fitting industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, acquire new customers and drive market penetration in the MENA region.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with decision‑makers and stakeholders.

    What we offer

    • Competitive total compensation of approximately 43,300 EGP per month.
