Client Experience Agent – Pharma & Science

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Experience Agent to support our pharma and science customers. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive reliable advice, timely issue resolution, and a seamless purchasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
• Resolve inquiries and concerns quickly, maintaining high satisfaction.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to drive service improvements.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to guide customers in selecting appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate client insights.
• Present and sell products, meeting sales targets aligned with company goals.
• Manage inventory, track orders, and support production and sales processes.
• Perform accurate data entry for inventory and customer interactions.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work 4 days on‑site with 3 days off, from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
