Client Experience Agent – Pharmacy & Medical Graduates

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates in pharmacy, biotechnology or related fields to join our client experience team. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and services while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Resolve inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to drive service improvements.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product development teams to integrate feedback.
• Present and sell products and services, meeting sales targets.
• Manage inventory, track orders and support production.
• Perform accurate data entry related to inventory and customer interactions.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or an equivalent field.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving abilities.
