About the role

We are seeking a talented Thumbnail Designer to create eye‑catching visuals for a new documentary‑style program. The role focuses on producing both vertical and horizontal thumbnails that drive clicks and convey the essence of Arabic and Islamic content.

Key responsibilities

• Design 15 vertical thumbnails for Reels/Shorts.
• Design 15 horizontal thumbnails for YouTube.
• Maintain high‑end documentary‑style quality and strong visual hooks.
• Apply visual storytelling and attention‑psychology principles to maximize click‑through rates.

Required profile

• Creative and original visual thinking.
• Strong cinematic design sense.
• Ability to build compelling visual hooks.
• Understanding of Arabic and Islamic content aesthetics.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance workflow and creativity.
