About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the friendly voice of major clients, delivering high‑quality support through phone, email and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, order processing, troubleshooting and guidance while building deep product knowledge to provide confident, accurate assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
- Clarify customer requirements using effective probing and decision‑support tools.
- Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy and build strong rapport.
- Greet customers courteously and follow agreed procedures.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client products and services.
- Prepare complete and accurate documentation, including account notes.
- Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services when appropriate.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma; relevant experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation and adaptability.
- Basic computer and system navigation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail‑oriented, dependable, patient and solution‑oriented.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
