About the role
Artsy Silver is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Team Leader to drive excellence across all customer touchpoints. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring high‑quality service and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the customer service team.
- Monitor daily operations to maintain excellent service standards.
- Track team KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer cases and ensure timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven experience managing KPIs and team performance.
- Fluent English proficiency.
