About the role
We are seeking a motivated Electroplating Engineer to join our graduate program. The role supports electroplating operations, ensures product quality, and contributes to continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment. You will work closely with production and quality teams to deliver consistent results and develop your technical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up daily electroplating processes and operations, ensuring targets are met.
- Support quality inspection activities and continuous process monitoring to maintain high standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to electroplating lines and equipment.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the plant.
- Participate in improvement initiatives, lean projects, and technical upgrades.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and metal finishing.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and contribute to team goals.
