English Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for an English Recruitment Specialist to lead talent acquisition across the European market. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding high‑quality Customer Experts and other team members to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and strategic sourcing across Europe to identify high‑potential candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from database handling to pre‑selection assessments.
• Validate linguistic, technical, and soft‑skill competencies of candidates.
• Design and coordinate selection activities such as technical tests, group dynamics, and interviews.
• Oversee international mobility, providing relocation support for candidates moving from abroad.
• Contribute to process optimisation by proposing data‑driven recruitment improvements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, GDPR, and Global Essential Compliance standards.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional European languages are a plus.
• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment and selection experience, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong professional communication and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
