Financial Controller – Automotive Group

About the role

Join a leading automotive group operating a diversified portfolio of internationally recognized brands across the Middle East and Egypt. The Financial Controller will oversee financial reporting, compliance and analysis to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local EAS standards.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the group.
• Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors.
• Maintain and optimize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Keyloop) for finance operations.
• Develop financial models to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA or ACCA is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local taxation and financial reporting standards.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
