Senior Reporting & Consolidation Analyst

About the role

The Senior Reporting & Consolidation Analyst will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will support the preparation of financial statements, provide insightful reports for decision‑making, and help drive continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements, analyzing balance sheets and profit & loss statements to meet EAS and IFRS requirements.
• Review group statutory accounts and consolidated financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with external auditors, supplying documentation and addressing audit queries.
• Gather, consolidate, and verify financial data for external reporting, ensuring transparency and legal compliance.
• Enhance ERP accounting systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data reliability.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide commentary to the FP&A team.
• Support the tax team in preparing tax returns and reports.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and ad‑hoc initiatives to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reporting and consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Accounting Standards, IFRS and consolidation principles.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Previous audit experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm, is a plus.
