About the role

We are seeking a Finishing & Handover Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring that construction units meet quality standards before delivery to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and review units prior to handover.
• Monitor finishing quality and verify compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare snag lists and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.
• Liaise with multiple departments to confirm units are ready for delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in finishing and handover activities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong coordination and follow‑up capabilities.
• Previous experience in real‑estate development is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced Excel skills.
