About the role

We are seeking a Finishing & Handover Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring that construction units meet quality standards before delivery to clients.

Key responsibilities

Inspect and review units prior to handover.
Monitor finishing quality and verify compliance with project specifications.
Prepare snag lists and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.
Liaise with multiple departments to confirm units are ready for delivery.

Required profile

3–5 years of experience in finishing and handover activities.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong coordination and follow‑up capabilities.
Previous experience in real‑estate development is preferred.

Required skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Advanced Excel skills.
