About the role
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our Katameya office in Cairo. The role combines welcoming duties with basic administrative support, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage meeting‑room bookings and office appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good command of English (preferred).
