About the role
As a Front Desk Receptionist at Al-Marasem Development, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Answer, route, and log incoming calls, taking accurate messages when needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, mail, and courier services.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate room bookings, and assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document control.
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Support HR or Admin teams with onboarding arrangements as required.
- Provide accurate information to visitors and callers, directing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar front‑desk or administrative role.
- Presentable appearance with strong communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Friendly, professional, and customer‑oriented personality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
