HSE Section Head – Health, Safety & Security Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HSE Section Head to lead health, safety and security initiatives across our manufacturing facilities. The role ensures full compliance with OSHA standards, drives a strong safety culture, and protects company premises through effective physical and electronic security measures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable OSHA standards, rules and regulations.
• Develop, maintain and communicate Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to all employees.
• Document safety inspections, investigate accidents and near‑miss incidents, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Identify training and certification needs to meet legislative and HSE requirements.
• Conduct regular health and safety inspections, risk assessments and physical building security surveys, including penetration testing.
• Manage contract security services and develop Building Security Operations Manuals for all sites.
• Oversee electronic security systems such as access control, badging, visitor management, video surveillance, intrusion detection and control‑center operations.
• Stay current with legislative changes and advise management on necessary updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in health, safety and environmental (HSE) roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Science or a related field.
