About the role
Americana Restaurants, a leading operator of iconic restaurant brands across the MENA region, is seeking a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Associate. You will support the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers while upholding confidentiality and the company’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from candidates, managers, and external agencies regarding recruitment activities and vacancy status.
- Coordinate candidate communications, schedule interviews, and collaborate with the Talent Recruitment Manager to develop interview questions.
- Conduct interviews, administer tests, rank applicants, check references, and provide feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and recruitment events to promote the employer brand.
- Prepare and process hiring documentation in partnership with the personnel department.
- Gather and maintain recruitment data and statistics to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in sourcing manpower to meet or exceed company hiring goals and implement project activities defined by the recruitment manager.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Operations or restaurant management experience is an advantage.
- University degree in Business Management or a related field; a master’s degree or HR diploma is a plus.
