Key Account Representative – Export Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Key Account Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our international customers. You will manage end‑to‑end export order processing, ensure timely shipments, and maintain compliance with global trade regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for export customers regarding orders, shipments, and documentation.
• Manage full export order lifecycle, including direct and drop shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics teams, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to guarantee on‑time dispatch.
• Prepare, review, and track export documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor shipments, communicate updates or delays, and resolve customer complaints.
• Escalate critical issues and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics.
• Support invoicing accuracy and respond to export‑related queries.

Required profile

• Experience in export customer service, international trade, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of export processes, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with ability to handle escalations professionally.

• Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools.
