Vendor Operations Associate – Vendor Management

About the role

The Vendor Operations Associate will join Amazon Now's Vendor Operations team to support vendor success across key product categories. You will work closely with In‑Stock Managers, Vendor Managers and Site Merchandisers to optimise processes, drive performance and enhance both vendor and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve in‑stock performance and procurement workflows.
• Manage procurement activities and monitor inventory levels.
• Support content updates and ensure accurate product information.
• Analyse data to provide insights for decision‑making and process improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, assist in negotiations and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, operations or supply chain.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
