Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage and optimise our international supply chain operations. You will act as the main liaison with foreign partners, coordinate shipments, and support the development of efficient logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with key foreign partners on purchase orders, forecasting, pricing and trade terms.
• Develop advanced planning methodologies with courier companies and identify supply‑chain efficiencies.
• Create tools, processes and reports to monitor supply health and support regional supply strategy.
• Collaborate with brand partnership, business development and account management teams to grow desirable stock.
• Analyse stock and partner logistics performance to answer critical business questions.
• Prepare accurate invoice formulas, shipping dimensions and coordinate freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth clearance.
• Follow up with suppliers on back‑order quantities to meet pending requirements.

Required profile

• Exceptional English communication and business writing skills.
• 1‑3 years of logistics experience, including customs clearance and air‑shipment documentation (Al Nafeza & ACID).
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver data‑driven insights.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and flexibility.
