Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including the academy’s website and social media platforms. This role combines market research, brand management, and creative campaign development to enhance the institution’s visibility and attract prospective students.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies for projects and digital channels.
• Conduct market surveys to identify opportunities and inform campaign direction.
• Execute advertising programs and external marketing initiatives.
• Manage brand identity and corporate visual standards.
• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Prepare online and print marketing materials.
• Write and translate proposals, agreements, posts, and articles (English‑Arabic) ensuring professional quality and alignment with strategy.
• Organise and manage events, campaigns, and employment fairs.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; Business, Marketing, Design or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in communication or marketing.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
