Medium Enterprise Accounts Manager

About the role

Vodafone Egypt is looking for a Medium Enterprise Accounts Manager to drive sales growth and increase market share across assigned regional territories. You will manage Vodafone Business and enterprise accounts while upholding the company’s high standards of customer excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME/SOHO accounts to achieve net adds, voice points, solution and revenue targets.
• Grow revenue by selling Vodafone’s telecom and digital solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and win new accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Activation, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Resolve customer issues quickly, improve satisfaction and NPS.
• Monitor performance, report on sales progress, account health and market opportunities.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of sales activities.

Required profile

• Experience in telecom or technology industries.
• Proven sales/account management background (minimum 1 year).
• Strong negotiation, communication and commercial awareness.
• Familiarity with Vodafone Business Digital Solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, reporting and presentation skills.
• Results‑oriented, self‑disciplined and organized.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
