Mobile Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Team Lead to head our mobile development squad. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality iOS, Android, Flutter and React Native applications while guiding a talented group of engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mobile development team (iOS/Android/Flutter/React Native)
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance mobile applications
• Define mobile architecture, coding standards, and best‑practice guidelines
• Conduct code reviews and enforce testing standards
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Plan sprints, allocate tasks, and monitor delivery timelines
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance
• Ensure compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play policies
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers and stay updated on emerging mobile technologies

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in mobile application development
• 2+ years in a leadership or senior developer role
• Proven track record of releasing apps on the App Store and Google Play
• Strong portfolio of published mobile applications
