Odoo ERP Business Analyst / Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional who can bridge business needs with technical solutions by leading Odoo ERP implementations and owning product development. The role combines business analysis, product ownership, and hands‑on Odoo configuration to deliver scalable, efficient systems.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional and technical specifications and conduct gap analysis.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and validation sessions.
• Define and manage the product roadmap and maintain the backlog.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and the development team.
• Lead end‑to‑end Odoo implementation, including configuration, customization and deployment of modules.
• Collaborate with developers on advanced customisations and integrations.
• Perform system testing, UAT and oversee deployment activities.
• Provide user training and post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership or ERP implementation.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Odoo implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of core business processes such as finance, HR and supply chain.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of Odoo modules and architecture.
• Familiarity with Python programming.
• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
• Understanding of API integrations, system integration and data migration.
• Use of process‑modeling tools and documentation standards.
