About the role
Alliance, a leading logistics and international trade services provider, is seeking a proactive Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations at its Giza office. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, supporting HR and management, and maintaining an organized workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility‑related tasks.
- Organize meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and company documents.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and office documentation professionally.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Supervisor.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Very good English level is preferred.
