Product Manager

About the role

Garment IO is seeking a Product Manager to own the product roadmap and ensure every release meets the company’s high standards of innovation and precision. You will work closely with clients, operations, and the development team to translate business needs into actionable features.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Gather and validate feature requests from operations and clients.
• Write clear user stories with detailed descriptions and technical specifications.
• Create low‑fidelity mockups to illustrate front‑end requirements and user flows.
• Manage the Kanban workflow, ensuring tasks are well defined and progress efficiently.
• Present new features and improvements to the CEO and key stakeholders.
• Support developers with necessary information and conduct acceptance testing.
• Prepare release notes, help texts, and instructional videos for product adoption.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• BSc in Engineering (industrial engineering preferred).
• High attention to detail and strong research capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Effective communication and strong time‑management skills.
