Project Coordinator – Localization (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to join our remote localisation team. The role involves managing multilingual projects for Arabic markets, coordinating linguists and vendors, and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end localisation projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate translators, editors, reviewers and external vendors.
• Prepare project instructions, timelines and delivery schedules.
• Monitor progress, deadlines and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
• Perform basic QA checks and support linguistic quality‑assurance processes.
• Handle client communication and lead calls/meetings when required.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Leverage CAT tools and AI‑assisted translation technologies to improve efficiency.
• Support continuous process improvement and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Languages, Translation, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager, preferably in localisation/translation.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work remotely, manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to night‑shift schedules.
