About the role
The Property Consultant will drive sales of TMG’s real‑estate portfolio by engaging prospective buyers, negotiating deals and building lasting client relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and provide market insights to support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Sell TMG’s properties using effective negotiation strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking and proactive outreach.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximise results.
- Provide market reports on customer needs, competitor activity and new opportunities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with sales market trends, best practices and promotional tactics.
- Process customer orders using price lists and product literature, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate daily call logs, weekly plans and monthly performance reports.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, proposing solutions and reporting recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
- No prior experience required – entry‑level candidates are welcome.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication abilities and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work from alternate locations as needed.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Results‑oriented with a focus on achieving goals.
