About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers via phone and live chat. The role involves handling inquiries from French‑speaking regions, providing clear information, and turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, timely support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
