Remote Notion Specialist (Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Notion Specialist to support an AI training initiative. You will work directly with the customer’s team, using Notion to collect, annotate, and organise data that powers cutting‑edge AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Use Notion daily to complete assigned workflows with high accuracy.
• Annotate, organise, and prepare content within Notion for AI training processes.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks in Notion and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and optimise Notion usage.
• Document processes and keep Notion databases up‑to‑date.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion interface and organisation.
• Communicate observations and recommendations through written documentation and verbal briefings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Notion user.
• Strong organisational and digital documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Quick learner, adaptable to new instructions and feedback.
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote collaboration tools.
