Sales Manager – SaaS & Conversational Commerce

About the role

Morasalaty is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its SaaS and conversational commerce sales function. You will own revenue targets, build a high‑performing team and drive customer acquisition across e‑commerce, medical, restaurant and shipping verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Recruit, coach and scale a sales team, defining KPIs and performance standards.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline across key verticals and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and market segments.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners such as Salla, Zid, Shopify and Meta.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide accurate forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B/SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in SaaS, conversational commerce, CRM or WhatsApp Business solutions.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi/GCC market and major e‑commerce platforms (Salla, Zid, Shopify).
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical ability and data‑driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA a plus).
