Sales Trainer (On‑site, Cairo)

About the role

The Sales Trainer will join Brooklyn Business School’s Cairo campus to design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs for students and internal teams. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on practical, market‑aligned skills that prepare learners for real‑world business environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update interactive workshops, role‑plays, and simulations covering modern sales techniques.
• Create training materials, assessments, and evaluation tools to measure learner progress.
• Deliver engaging in‑person sessions, provide coaching, and give constructive feedback to individuals and groups.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure training content aligns with employer expectations and current market trends.
• Track learner performance, identify development needs, and suggest improvements to the overall training curriculum.

Required profile

• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities for in‑person sessions.
• Proven experience delivering sales training in educational or corporate settings.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation with a learner‑centered approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; advanced training or sales certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work inclusively with diverse learners in a gender‑neutral, culturally sensitive environment.
