Security Change Expert

About the role

Orange Business is looking for a Security Change Expert to bridge network security operations and structured change management. You will own the full lifecycle of security‑related changes, from risk assessment and planning through implementation and post‑change review, ensuring our production networks stay stable, compliant, and protected.

Key responsibilities

• Assess security change requests, evaluate risks, and define implementation plans.
• Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with network and security teams to execute changes in production environments.
• Monitor change outcomes, conduct post‑implementation reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIS2.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in network security operations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v4 processes and change management discipline.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, FCA, FCP, FCF).
• Passion for learning, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
