About the role

We are a fast‑growing e‑commerce company seeking a motivated Seller Operations Officer to join our on‑site team in 6th of October. You will play a key role in supporting sellers, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage seller inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor product listings, inventory levels, and order fulfillment processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve seller experience and platform performance.
• Track performance metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement.
• Assist in onboarding new sellers and providing training on platform policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in e‑commerce, operations, or seller support.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
