Senior Architect – Luxury Design Projects

About the role

Ai Designs is seeking a full‑time Senior Architect to lead the conception and delivery of high‑end architectural projects in New Cairo. The role requires at least seven years of experience and a strong focus on integrating innovative technology with luxurious design concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee architectural projects from initial concept through construction completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure design intent and client objectives are met.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring seamless execution.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions that align with Ai Designs’ vision for distinctive luxury spaces.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, providing mentorship and technical guidance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architecture and architectural design.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a client‑focused mindset.
• Experience with luxury or custom‑design projects is a plus.
