Senior B2B Account Manager – Real Estate

About the role

The Address Investments is seeking a Senior B2B Account Manager to drive growth in the real‑estate market across Egypt and the Middle East. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and its corporate clients, delivering tailored property solutions while ensuring revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Negotiate and close high‑value deals to generate sustained revenue.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business partnerships and market segments.
• Achieve sales targets through effective account management and pipeline development.
• Maintain long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, revenue, expenses and forecasts.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product offerings, market changes and competition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, account management or sales within real‑estate.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience with sales enablement tools.
