Senior Property Consultant

About the role

RED | Real Estate Domain is seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join its Cairo office. You will guide both residential and commercial clients through the entire sales journey, leveraging data‑backed insights and modern technology to deliver a transparent, efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client needs assessments and present tailored property options.
• Organise and lead site visits for prospective buyers.
• Provide market insights supported by statistical tools and technology platforms.
• Manage a personal sales pipeline, follow up on leads, negotiate offers and close deals.
• Prepare and coordinate required documentation with internal teams and developers.
• Stay up‑to‑date on market trends, developer projects and financing options.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory abilities with a client‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in sales, pipeline management and deal closure.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Cairo real‑estate market, both residential and commercial.
• Previous experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent or similar senior role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using data‑driven reporting tools.
• Comfort with digital real‑estate platforms and other technology applications.
