Senior Site Engineer - Civil

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead civil construction activities on‑site. You will ensure that designs are implemented accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse zone drawings and prepare material, equipment and man‑hour requirements based on project priorities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, provide guidance and report issues to the Site Manager.
• Supervise daily site operations, including labour force and subcontractor work.
• Coordinate inspections and tests with the Quality Control Department and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily status reports highlighting performance and obstacles.
• Enforce safety and quality requirements across all site activities.
• Track labour productivity to stay within budget.
• Collaborate with other trades and the technical office to resolve problems and ensure correct shop‑drawing implementation.
• Gather data, compile reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction site engineering.
• Strong command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AutoCAD (preferred).
